24th District Court – Allen Park, MI
The 24th District Court will be holding an Amnesty Program for delinquent cases. An amnesty program provides individuals with an opportunity to settle their old court financial obligations while saving money.
For a limited time and if eligible, the Court will waive ALL late fees, including the $30.00 default fee, the 20% late fee, the $40.00 show cause fee, and the $40.00 warrant fee to reduce violations to their original amounts.
CASES ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE AMNESTY:
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE CASH, CREDIT CARD, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER — NO PERSONNAL CHECKS ALLOWED.
** Please note: if you have an offense that does not meet the above-mentioned eligibility requirements, you may come into court and post a bond at a reduced amount to schedule a court hearing. **
